Naples Park

Naples Park is a neighborhood west of Route 41. The northern limit of Naples Park is 111th Street and the southern most street is 91st Street. Vanderbilt Beach is within walking distance from Naples Park. This neighborhood is diverse in its home style and type. There are newly custom built homes, duplexes, one and two story homes. Many homes were originally built between 1960 to 1980. Naples Park also boarded a waterfront boating community called The Conners. If you don’t want a homeowners association and want to bike to the beach then Naples Park could be your neighborhood. Many residents like Naples Park because they can park their boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles and other toys on their property. In addition, if you are a pet lover then The Park is a great place to live.
