Marco Beach

Marco Beach is where all the beachfront condos and hotels are located in Marco Island. If you are a beach person then you’ll want to live on or visit Marco Beach. The beach area is private and all the condos have separate walkways to access Marco Beach. At the north end of Marco Beach you have access to Tigertail Beach where they rent stand up paddle boards and kayaks by the hour. At the south end of Marco Beach you have a more narrow beach and hotels such as The Marriott and Hilton. 

Investors should know that there are currently four weekly rental condominiums on Marco Beach. These include Somerset, Apollo, Seawinds and South Seas Club (towers 3 & 4). Other buildings with Gulf of Mexico views include Tradewinds, Admiralty, Sandcastle, Gulfview and Cape Marco at the southern most of Marco Beach. My wife and I own a condo in Tradewinds and love it!
